These are from earlier this year but I never posted them – better late than never!
This was from last winter but I never posted it – kinda funny haha …
There are a lot of carp in the ‘cove’ at warren rd bridge. They couldn’t swim out if they wanted because the water is so low.
I was back at the lower dam area and found the heron again. I was able to get a couple shots thru grass at first, then repositioned for a better composition. I suppose I got to close and he flew to the other side of the river. I went further downstream and waited a little bit until yep, he flew back to me haha!
I was walking back to my truck along the river past the lower loch raven dam when I came along mr. green heron :-)
