I decided to switch up and try the upper dam instead of the lower dam all the time. Turns out, when birds (ahem eagles) fly over the top from below they come straight at me!

This cormorant sneaked up on me this morning at Warren Rd. Bridge. It was too close to focus on at first and was in terrible light … until it swam away a bit and turned it’s head into the sun!
