Well, they were trying to keep cool, until some crazy guy with a camera came along!
After scaring them away, I sat on a log and hoped they would return – negative. So, after waiting about 15 minutes, I decided to go hunt them down. I didn’t have to go very far, probably about a minute or two into the woods, eureka! I stopped immediately and crouched down to get some pretty bad shots.
Then I pressed my luck, and very slowly, still crouched, I inched along trying to get a clear shot. Here’s what I managed to get…
